| Cogent has had a negative reputation for several years now. There are plenty of comments on this forum as well as in Signing Central regarding them. From now on, if you're not familiar with a company, make it a point to look up the comments and ratings of that company. If they have a reputation for not paying or paying very slow, call them back and decline the signing.
