If you scan through the package before you print, you can tell if the appraisal is there or not. If the borrower already has a copy, I don't print it. Also, they sometimes prefer to have an electronic copy - especially if the report is in color.
Sometimes a little bit of common sense applied can make for a lot of savings. |
