There is virtually not a thing that you can practically do. Keep good records. If it’s a Signing Service that hasn’t paid you, call the Title Company/Lender that hired the SS and complain. If it’s a Title Company lodge a complaint with their States regulatory agency. If you have not worked for the company before, NEVER do more than one job for them until they pay you. Check the companies out here on Signing Central BEFORE you take the job. If they have less that a sterling record say no. If you have said yes, check them out here and if they are deadbeats call and cancel (they are used to it). If they are in your state/area you can try Small Claims Court, but most of these thieves are judgment proof (have no assets)
