I resubmitted my invoice and added that 3rd invoice will be copied to D & B Collections. Vincent also stated that InstiFi is not a "Fly By" and I just had to laugh when I told him that of all my 75 plus clients, direct and Signing agencies, his company was/is the only company that owes me money.
