As if this isn't distressing enough, I was pumping away, and a gentleman and his family were gassing up, on their Easter vacation from Las Vegas. He is a property inspector. I asked how the RE market is in Las Vegas, NV. He said that the market is getting ready to implode again. Lots of properties will be foreclosed on that the banks have been sitting on.
I think we might all see a great land rush to Las Vegas, NV by people who have the funds to purchase investment properties in Las Vegas NV since properties in CA are a little out of reach for most buyers. He said the job market is steady there. He's very busy and thinks he will get a whole lot busier.
Lots of transactions coming down the pike in Las Vegas/Henderson, NV.
Now, wonder if there are enough NSAs in Las Vegas and Henderson to handle this tsunami of foreclosure properties going to auction here in the next six months.
Pondering....move to Las Vegas? Not sure, it's so hot over there. If you don't mind the heat, might be a consideration. |
