I agree, Yoli. In fact, I remember Mike mentioning the sign-up fee (which I've never paid - he was calling me). He said that it was just to discourage potential notary applicants from taking up so much of his time. I think I've heard that concept mentioned by other ss owners, as well. Still makes lots of sense to me.

That's *one* reason why so many of us are hesitant to mention our favorite signing services by name on this forum. When XYZ and others were actively promoting and filling many signing agent certification classes all over the place, this was a big pain for ss owners. (And we were getting posts here on a weekly basis from new people asking us how to get started.... Wink)
