Took a clue from your profile on Notary Rotary and stated in red that I do not work for Signing Services. I too am looking at doing more GNW in the senior community. I really don't need the hassles that come with real estate signings from signing service companies in the current economic conditions. I think my dog enjoys the additional walks we take.
