Always confirm beforehand...today woke up sick and had an oops moment given the short turnaround time...guess I haven't reached the 'perfect' stage of my NSA career....

Never had an issue with Service link before so was merely sharing my experience...in case others had the same. Lordy they should rename this from forum to 'cage fighting'...lol.

Thanks Maureen...kinda what I was thinking as well.
