I had one with docs printed as John Doe, Jr., MD. Told escrow I could only notarize him with the i.d. that he had. Sure enough, his driver's license read "John Doe, Jr., MD". And, he was currently holding title on the prelim as "John Doe, Jr., MD. So, I notarized him as his docs were printed and as his i.d. read.....John Doe, Jr., MD.
