I have been in the lending industry for over 35 years, since Ocwen has been doing business their own way, not following the standards of the industry. They have always made those "off the wall" loans. Who knows what is in their portfolio, all I know is, it would not be a company I would buy stock in and not one I would want to be working for right now.
