| Title docs have the name of the title company on the header...also the survey, title policy, HUD,warranty deed etc. Lender docs just pertain to the lender. Usually about 20-25 pages for title at front or back of package. They rarely will put in the middle of the download. If the signing was cancelled, why do they want them back? IF they were signed and want them, they better pay you for the closing. Sounds weird. When did they cancel? Before or after the closing? |
