I've had appointments at various times that were not at the borrowers convenience, but rather made at the convenience of title, or whomever was issuing the paperwork. That happens most frequently from companies on the coasts because they want to get out of their office earlier in the day. I find this out when I make a comment about how early/late it is, and the borrower states, "I was told this was the time YOU wanted to meet." It's all the fault of that inconsiderate NSA, of course.
