The GA attorney emailed the docs to the seller here in Orlando.
There was an instruction sheet letting him know:
1. He and his wife should sign in blue ink 2. Names should be signed as typed 3. A witness is required on 2 documents and notarization required on 7 documents. Neither the witness nor the notary can be related to the signers 4. Docs need to be shipped no later than Wed., 09/24/14, for delivery to the law firm on Thursday, 09/25/14.
No where did these instructions mention that an attorney needed to be directly involved in the signing. Maybe seller docs do not fall under this law? |
