That might be a practical reality for a signing agent or a notary doing general notary work. But it isn't true in general. How many times a week are you required to click on a box to agree to something on the Internet, or else don't do business with the website? Clicking to agree is just as much a signature as what Sister Mary Paula taught you in third grade.
