I received an email late one evening promoting a "possible assignment" for the following day. I emailed Gina back saying yes I would be available to do the closing. After several back and forth emails through the evening and early morning, I was sent the assignment. She sent me a confirmation with the fee of $125.00. Later in the day I received another email saying the fee was only $100.0. And I quote her: 'This closing is only for $100.00 not 125.00 So we will cancel order and find a notary for our lower fee, sorry'
I thought very unprofessional and not even good punctuation.
