Point about demographics

All of us live in different places and have different costs of living. Hiring party expectations that we should all be happy to take the same fee are ridiculous (i.e., text messages with set fees), and those with higher costs of living SHOULD receive more to handle the work. (This is my feeling on proposed Federal minimum wage mandates, too, BTW.)

Anyway, as I keep harping, we all need to know what we need to cover our costs and make some profit. If we don't, we only have ourselves to blame when we accept low fees.
