I took a signing for the first time for BCHH, Inc. last night. Borrower's heaped much praise upon me for being on time, organized, knowledgeable, and giving them a copy of the package. They expressed fear based on previous experience with a Notary Public not too long ago. I NEVER hook into this kind of talk; simply listen and express how we're going to move through the process at this moment. Keeping borrowers in the here-and-now is most effective.
It was a good experience with the scheduler and the loan officer too. Received loan documents in plenty of time. Would work for this company again thus far.
Anyone else have experiences they'd like to share about BCHH, Inc?
