checked my notary credentials & were satisfied. They funded her loan. Hooray!
I think someone at WF was suspicious because there were too many "Wells" names.
Her last name is Wells, so is mine, and the lender is Wells Fargo. A lot of coincidence at work here. My reputation in this biz would leave no room for them to be concerned, IMO.
I'm glad it was a positive outcome for her. She knew that I was a professional & she was very gracious & appreciative. Positive outcome! ;-)
