this was the norm. Anyone in any business would have their "go to" peeps, the favorites, the ones that got the job done RIGHT the first time and worth their fee.
Nowadays, it seems as if its all a waste of time, getting proper certifications, background checks, training, etc. because companies are just hiring cheap a$$ nsa's anyway, the ones working for beer money.
Tech is good but not when it allows hiring companies to offer and find low ball nsa's.
