From what I understand and what she told me was that their particular company sets the "median fee" for an area and that amount is placed in Snapdocs - however, when a fee is negotiated the scheduler is SUPPOSED to go in and put in the "real" fee that is being paid. Seems like in my instance the scheduler didn't do that and that is why I only received $$ instead of the full $$$ that was contracted. However, I did get paid what I was supposed to get.
