I would kindly like to invite you to come by the office and have a cup of coffee. We are still putting the finishing touches on the office, as well as the public space for our local notaries to have. Allowing an alternate office space to meet clients, if said borrower does not want you at their home, allows our local notaries to know we support them. We will have a full conference room with TV, waiting room with TV, free soft drinks and bottle water, and anything else that you would want to be available to your clients before, during, and after a signing. We want you to ensure you provide your client with a good signing, so that you can get referral business, and I am a large supporter in that.
