But when you foward the 15 page signup package after closing and ask for confirmation of receipt and don't get it..that's not the norm. Three weeks later ask for confirmation and still don't get it...not the norm. At day 35 forward invoice and expect confirmation of receipt ..nothing...heck I expected at least a smartass email saying..."Dude it's only been 35 days"…nothing...and to have multiple calls that go to VM with no return..not the norm. Concerns me when I have never worked for a company.
well today is day 45 from closing and after my email to title asking for assistance in contacting them (not for payment mind you), I received an email at 8:30 advising me a check was sent on Saturday..finally communication from them...
We all have companies where YMMV....appears this one is mine. No biggie..there is another company to close for only a call, email, text or snapdoc notification away.. |
