RM app signing are just a different animal, and I have learned to set limits, including signers pulling out shoeboxes from cupboards and underneath the sofa and asking me to sort through them for their SS awards letter or insurance info. Unuh. All this is strongly confirmed before I show up. Of course, it doesn't always work that way. Haha. Then there's the husband who refused to hand over the credit card to pay for the appraisal. His wife was screaming at him, and he was bellowing back. I'm wondering if I'm going to get out of there in one piece.
