Additional Notes Complaint: I have contacted Skye Closings by phone and email numerous times with no call back or resolution. Only response is auto-generated email stating the accounting dept will respond within 48 hrs or less. It has been over 8 days with no response. I am a contractor with Skye and they have failed to pay me for my services. for 3 closings in January 2016. I have no complaints against me and hold a 5 star rating with Skye. I completed the 3 closings on time and submitted the completed status. 1 closing was on Jan. 11, 2016 and 2 closings on Jan 21, 2016. I in good faith contacted them for payment after the typical 20 business days to get a status of payment with a response of a run around with words that they are behind and have a new accountant. It has now been 7 weeks since the first closing and 6 weeks from the other 2. They will NOT respond to any emails.
Desired Settlement: Complete their end of the job and pay me within 7 days.
Business Response:
We received an email from Ms. ******* on March 2nd, at 6:18PM EST (our accounting person leaves at 5:30PM EST). Our accounting person replied at 11:08 on March 3rd (please see attached "email correspondence") with a response that payment scheduled for processing.
Payment was processed as relayed to Ms. ******* from our accounting department (see attached "Payment")
Ms. ******* is not due payment for her last assignment until March 25th for an assignment she did on February 24th (see attached "outstanding" displaying paid and open invoices)

Apparently the BBB does accept complaints about companies not paying, and will try to help get a resolution.
