I'd send ABC an email for demand for payment, and cc the title company. Sometimes cc title, will get you paid quicker especially if they don't want to lose that TC contract. You should also mention all the negative reviews ABC has had since the new ownership, provide a link in your email to Signing Central so they, the TC, can look for themselves.
