It appears he's using "notary" for "notarization" but decided that was too long a word and nobody would know what it meant anyway. So he shortened it to notary then added the implied verb "is." So, basically we "is" all done right. Actually, this could be the motto for many SSs out there: "We done that notary right" ... no pay! ... no answer e-mails ... no answer phone ... haha" |
