should have removed that. This email is from a former NR member, who is busy doing other things besides signing...trying to improve the notary literacy in Kansas.

What was very disturbing at the SOS's LA office yesterday was the type of errors that got the applicant's kicked to the back of the line while they found a notary who knew which certificate to use. Or didn't sign or the seal was too faint, kind of scary.
