Hopefully the change in amount is a credit back to the buyer for the money he spent bringing the place up to fha standards...because technically that's a Seller's responsibility....

I would definitely tell him to get an attorney - it's worth the $500-$600 he'll spend to make sure he doesn't get taken for a ride - and even more definitely HE NEEDS TO GET A TITLE SEARCH DONE!!!


Attorney...Attorney....Attorney...which is all you can tell him - ATTORNEY. Smile
