Real Estate fraud is the real issue here, by the affected parties. A lawsuit will make the transaction null and void. James Dawson had a similar incident with his sister's property when her grown children put their names on her deed. Everything was undone and she got her property back in her name. I think that notary's commission was revoked, but I don't know if he lost his job. Sister did not make a personal appearance before the bank's notary who notarized the deed to her house
