Dawn Feeney was once a notary. Can't tell if she is currently a notary, none the less, she and her mother, Theresa, are terrible at nonpayment to notaries for their hard work...if they don't get paid, they don't pay the notary, as in a RM application assignment that failed to go to docs. The work was still performed. The notary should be paid.
