Me either. They kind of dissipated over almost a year of trying to market/advertise on this forum. Ralph was saying notaries would be paid 70% of the fee IDS would be paid, and of course, now with SD the fee is even more chopped up. I don't get SD alerts any more as I pulled my profile from their platform a long time ago, so I'm out of the loop of what is offered on SD. I was never impressed with the fees I saw offered in text and email blasts.
In fact, I don't receive any of these annoying cattle calls any more cuz the industry is pretty flat these days with fewer refi packages. I sure don't miss the drama. I prefer to deal directly with the lender and escrow who is originating and settling the files. Much more smooth and predictable.
