What is sort of scary is that if Congress gets rid of the CFPB, or revamps it that is, lift some of the restrictions it has on lenders, the above title, will be nothing new and more and more lenders will follow suit since punishment will be less restricted. I sure hope they leave the CFPB alone. These lenders can not keep getting away with scamming out home owners or new home buyers! |
