Notary E&O Vs. Signing Agent E&O
Posted by PegiT_MN of MN on 7/17/17 9:38am Msg #578639
I have always carried $50,000-$75,000 of Notary E&O insurance but I have just learned that Notary Rotary also has Signing Agent E&O insurance available to us as well. This type of insurance is not available in all states, but most. There is also professional liability insurance too.

I was hoping you might be so kind as to share with us what types of E&O insurance you carry. I think this would be beneficial for all. Thank you.
