a few members use this forum as if it is their own personal blog by posting incessantly and prattle on endlessly using a one or two sentence lead-in about "Work" then segue into their personal life, activities, traffic, garden, spa, etc. We all are quite familiar with those who are famished for attention and use the forum to feed their personal ego needs while the rest of the professionals separate the wheat from the chaff in the posts.
Most of us employ self-restraint and personal control and it's greatly appreciated. This does help maximize the use of our administrative time.

Your statement is true Belinda and as the silent majority continues to identify the disparity and lack of respect as demonstrated by those few toward the rest of us . . . the forum will further grow into a Professional meeting place.
