In any case, if anybody said to me that they had not been paid by the lender or whoever, I would promptly respond that I didn't work for the lender (or whoever), I worked for you. So let's just keep the lender (or whoever) out of this conversation and focus on when I can expect a check from *you*. Maybe a few less cinnamon latte frappuccino mochas at Starbucks and a few less trips to Hawaii, they'd have your money ....
It's great that you're staying on top of this and thanks for pointing out the perils of working for even the highly rated SSs. Lesson learned: Don't get in too deep with even the good guys. Things can turn on a dime. In business one day (think TL Signing, for example) and gone the next ... with all our money. Poof!
