Even tho I often see on our certificates spaces to fill in our state and county ... but we're not commissioned by counties or limited to counties. In CA, notaries are on file with their county and turn journals into their home county and buy their bond through the county and get sworn in at the county recorder's office, but none of that at all in CO. |
