While searching for something else here, I ran across a thread regarding initials on every page of DOT/Mortgage and Riders. The gist of it was whether to initial every page regardless of initial lines or written instructions to do so.
Personally, I only request initials where indicated by initial lines or if instructed by hiring party/TC. No initials instructions, no initial lines = no initials ... as far as I'm concerned. Haven't had any issues because of this policy.
Some posters in that old thread stated they always get initials regardless of initial lines or lack of instruction. What is your practice? |
