You will not get any work for a while, just like parts of FL now. Lender will not lend on properties with damage or inspected. Insurance companies not issuing policies. Until those properties get fixed and inspected, you are in a holding pattern. Could take a month or more in Houston because of the flooding. With flooding brings black mold...Once it is all done, you will be busy again. I am planning on a good 2-3 weeks of being really slow here in Orlando depending on Irma.
