Unless Florida law specifically states that notaries can prepare documents and recommend those particular documents, you are engaging in the unauthorized practice of law. I will be surprised if Florida, or any state, allows a notary to recommend the type of document a person needs, or to just prepare for them. A notary's job is to verify and notarized signatures.
However, I disagree that the boundaries of UPL are hazy. I worked as a paralegal for 17 years and UPL is clear cut to me. Also, if you have even an inkling that what you're doing is UPL, it most likely is and you must stop.
