If he transferred ownership could be with his partner Kristin Hinson they filed an LLC with the State of CA Kristin completed the LLC form naming herself as Chief Executive Officer and Lying Rick as manager. Both listed their address as 5574 Arcadia Cir Discovery Bay, CA 94505. So she is also on the hook.
In any case file a complaint with the Secretary of State on Both crooked Rick and Kristin. This is blue collar crime and CA looks into it. I filed a complaint and the more other notaries do maybe will get some results. |
