It's not just the NSA who seems to take the brunt. Now that I am dipping into the other side per-say, any late files or files that constantly need revision takes time away from the other ones they are working on, and sort of trickles down to all their closing they have that day. One change can affect a number of changes throughout the package...then all has to be checked again to make sure it balances out before they send it to the NSA. There is only so many people and so much time, and although we are on the backside and the end result, nobody enjoys late docs, nobody can give a def. when they will be ready. This is why typically EOM is a mad house....Best scenario are small title company, small lenders and the work load not so large. It's just something we have to deal with, and I hope now that I will be on the flip side can offer more insight as to why this happens and usually the cause. Just let it roll off your back, and we can only do what we do.... |
