I offer 24/7 service, I am bilingual and take pride in the services I offer. I excepted a signing from Solidifi at 9PM (50 mile) R/T in a rain storm requiring a witness. The property was located in GA an attorney state. I was assured repeatedly the attorney would be available. The agreed to fee was $150.00. I arrived at client location 11PM, could not complete signing due to attorney not being available. My fee was reduced to $65.00 for printing docs only. After paying witness $25.00 fee, my take was $40.00 !!
Needless to say, I will not accept signings from Solidifi again and strongly recommend against working for them !!!! |
