Renegotiated my fee before the job this morning -

They do not disclose vital information at times!
The hiring party guy was ticked too. He immediately raised the fee.
Five signers instead of two, printed all legal, over 200 pages, screwed up papers with wrong names, wrong city on part of docs, and on and on. Frankly, I do not know how a $60 notary can get it all done correctly and make a skinny penny.
