Never delay in acting. I have never accepted a signing from them but here's my MO.
Research the title company - get names of everyone....branch managers, supervisors. EA whose name is on the paperwork. Get all info on lender from top to bottom. Who oversees RE transactions in your state? Get names and addresses. Get letters ready to go. Contact Notary Pool - Give them 3 hours to contact you or letters start going out. And then, if you don't hear anything start sending out letters. Let title company know that if they ignore complaints from unpaid subcontractors, they are complicit in theft and you will have no choice but to report them to the state agencies. Stay on it until you are paid.
