| This is one form that I haven't had to use yet, but I was looking over the certificates I carry in my bag, and I noticed that the Copy Cert for POA that NNA provides to CA notaries doesn't contain the wording enclosed in a box. Can anyone tell me whether this form complies with state law? The instructions NNA provides for this form says that the wording doesn't need to be included ???? I don't know about this one and I'm glad I looked! |
