Yes, I'm wondering how notaries if out today were able to navigate through all that. Spoke to my dad out in Fauquier and he said he was trying to get to his house and road was closed. His solution was to "detour" around the fallen tree, a SQUEEZE he said and "I broke the law." Oh well, where he lives I would have done the same.
