Their attorney general has never agreed with the Feds eClosing requirements.... which is why eClosings dried up here after a short but unforgettable run 7 years ago.... now that California is not even recognizing a Federal Govt. I sincerely doubt they have the interest to get Remote Closings up and running..... most SOS time is spent on bending the voter registration rolls. |
