I was attending my last signing of the day on Holiday Hill Road, overlooking the blue Pacific on a dreary day when both the borrower's and my phone went off with the evacuation 911 warning.
Sad for all the people who, once more, must leave their warm cozy homes with family and pets and head to higher, drier ground. My heart goes out to all affected. |
