Had this happen within the last two months. Seller would not sign seller docs including
warranty deed without a settlement statement.
Title said it was coming in the next day or two.
Seller said "I'll wait." and she did.
Since the docs were not date sensitive..it all worked out but the seller was angry.
Don't blame her. She said no one from Title contacted her about the matter before hand. |
