| OK, I'll admit that this particular bugaboo has always amazed me. There is nothing particularly difficult doing just what you said, so how important, foolproof, anti-fraud is something I think my 6 year old grandson could handle quite proficiently. How would a county Recorder even begin to suspect something was amiss? Back to ribbons and gold seals & embossers. |
